What makes you a Man Making Moves?

Making moves is a daily step towards becoming a better person for yourself and for others. Life is made up of a day. Each day you chip away the obstacles to get closer to your goal. I believe making moves for me is understanding the chess game and sharing the formula with others.

What are you most passionate about?

I am passionate about leadership. God inspired leadership to be exact. Allowing God’s influence over your life to bring out the best in others, so that they can be the best they can be in all aspects of their lives.

We are all about sharing fashion wisdom…what’s the most important style advice you’ve ever received?

My mentor always said to keep it simple. You can never go wrong with a classic style with a modern touch to it. In the cooperate world less is more.

Everyone is different and has their own style DNA …tell us a bit about yours.

My DNA is inspired by the quote from Epictetus. ‘Two ears one mouth’. I listen more than l speak. I also love to ask questions because l believe questions reveal answers. Answers that help us understand ourselves better and what we seek to achieve.

What do you know about dressing for success?

Success is being happy about the progress you made thus far with what you aspire to be. I think if you dress for your industry and they love it, then you have made a success of yourself!

What is the most daring thing you have ever worn?

Saggy baggy jeans and a baggy T-shirt. I thought the Hip-Hop era was the best thing to ever happen to us back in the early 2 000’s.

What are your to-go wardrobe staples?

Crisp white shirt with a tailor fit trousers, and a matching watch, belt and formal shoes.

What do you feel most powerful wearing?

I have to go with a tailor fit suit and my watch. I have a love for time pieces.

How has your style evolved in the past 5 years?

I have moved away from the baggy style to a more tailor fit that suits my personality and body shape.

What will you never be caught wearing?

A bucket hat with a trousers and T-shirt. I can’t do the walk.
